Although the power for this one-bedroom apartment was shut off months ago there are still three live outlets, and the family of six uses hotplate to avoid the cost of reconnecting electricity.  The tenants believe faulty wiring results in their neighbors paying the bill.

Richard and Martha Chandler have a long list of complaints about their apartment, which they rented sight unseen so that Martha would be close to treatment centers as she battles cancer.  The moved their bed to the living room so they wouldn't have to sleep in the room with the mold.
